Step 1:
Requests start here, use the online form below to outline your objectives and give us some information about your project.
Email a complete scope of work, pictures, material selections, style type, budget and timeline. Include drawings, and design when possible. Send to - jmwcustombuilder20@gmail.com

We will review the information and contact you to discuss the project further.

Step 2:
Phone meeting: budget, scope of work, and timeline are discussed.
​
Step 3:
An onsite review is scheduled.
​
After the onsite review an estimate is formulated, the estimate will be sent to your email address. Review the estimate and contact us to discuss further.

Step 4:
Sign a contract and scope of work, provide deposit in the form of check or wire transfer.
​
Step 5:
Scheduling and material / fixture orders.
​
Step 6:
Schedule is confirmed and a start date is set [material and fixture availability determine start date].

PAYMENT PROCESS

Consultation
Fee calculations based on services provided. Details of consultation scope of work are determined prior to commencement.

Project Estimation
Fee calculations based on a projected hourly cost for gathering information and building a project spreadsheet. Spreadsheets are itemized and include information and costs for materials, fixtures and sub contractors.
​
Project Management
15% fee based on total project cost. Management includes, sub contractor procurement, scheduling, quality control, job site supervision.
